Return Policy: Hassle-Free Returns for Canadian Aftermarket Auto Parts

Since 2019, we have been committed to providing Canadian drivers with high-quality aftermarket auto parts and a straightforward shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a part might not be exactly what you need. That's why we offer a clear and fair return policy to ensure you can shop for car parts online in Canada with confidence.
Our Standard Return Period
You may return most new, unused, and uninstalled aftermarket auto parts within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, with all original components, and in resalable condition. Please note that certain exclusions apply (see below).
How to Initiate a Return
1.Contact Customer Service: Before returning any item, please contact our Canadian-based customer service team via phone or email. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2.Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
3.Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as 99 AutoParts is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Return Shipping Costs
β’Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect auto part due to an error on our part, 99 AutoParts will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund.
β’Customer Error: For returns due to customer error (e.g., ordered the wrong part, changed mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A restocking fee may also apply.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity and safety of our aftermarket auto parts inventory, the following items are generally non-returnable:
β’Installed, used, or altered parts.
β’Parts missing original packaging, components, or documentation.
β’Electrical components (e.g., sensors, modules) once opened or installed.
β’Custom-ordered or special-order items.
β’Hazardous materials.
β’Items marked as"final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
Refunds and Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
